This is a detached Banks's pub with patio area. It is a pleasant looking cottage styled pub in yellow render. It has a Georgian look, with its sash windows and elaborate entablature above the door and windows, Lower frontage has a stucco finish and bay window. The interior had a couple of rooms, one with a pool table i believe. I just saw the one, which was totally deserted. This room was in white and wood panel, with red tile floor and white ceiling. A few pub pictures were on the walls and a dart board too. A small Tudor style stone fireplace was at either end of the room and a TV had daytime stuff on. There were green leather perimeter seats and there was no music. The service was fine. Beer; no real ale (two pulls unused), so usual tap stuff with a decent enough keg Banks's MILD. Nothing for the real ale fan, happy i had a swift half, but seems to be struggling.
