Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Rose & Crown
Nice-looking Greene King pub featuring a Tudor(ish) façade, but much larger than it first appears due to an expansive single-storey extension at the back. Retains two bars, although only the front one (with seating areas on either side) appears to be in active use, plus an open lounge further back - all with unremarkable furniture and decor. Behind this, you get to the rear 'grass' beer garden (which feels and sounds very odd as you walk across it) with a shed at the far end. On the real ale front, I found Abbot and Tribute (£3.20) clipped on two of three handpumps on each counter.
