BCA pub so it's the usual homely feel when you walk in. A good mix of people of all ages and friendly with it. The only negative was the radio on with loud music, a bit much for the middle of the day. 6 ales on and 2 ciders, we went for the BFG and Small World Summer Bank, which was off, but this was changed without any fuss. And of course, the BCA cobs are always available. Visited August 2025.

Excellent little Black Country Ales pub. The beer was spot on and the cob was delicious. Nothing else to add!

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Cottage Spring
Homely Black Country Ales pub, with a refurbished yet traditional 'L'-shaped bar with a mix of furniture and banquette seating in the two bay windows at the front. There is also a dartboard and a couple of TV screens for the sport here, plus another (sparsely furnished) room at the back with another small counter. With seven of the eight handpumps in use, I found the brewery's Pig on the Wall, BFG (on offer at £2.70) and rarer English Winter plus a couple of Sharp's beers - Coaster and Sea Fury - and a pair of ciders.
