Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Hare & Hounds

Seems a bit halfway between a village local and a country dining pub, both location-wise and in character. Features a pool table in the central bar area, with the dartboard, lounge and side counter (where the three handpumps can be found) round to the right and a bit more seating and the restaurant on the left-hand side. Also has a good number of wooden benches in the south-facing two-part front beer garden, and The Pavilion function room in a separate building at the back. The regular Bass and Greene King's seasonal Hopping Special (£4.50) available on my visit.
