Ian Mapp left this review about The Witton Arms

I think it is an Irish pub.... lots of Shamrocks on the back bar board.

Large room with an equally long bar running on the opposite side. TV Screens and lots of Villa paraphernalia.

Guinness for £3.85 which required commenting on its cheapness. This is a Monday to Wednesday offer. The Guinness was very good.

No cask and the usual keg, with Beavertown spotted amongst the madris.

It may well be closed, it's certainly for lease and looks deserted. Facebook is no help last update 2015 and WhatPub is unlikely to be upto date in this area.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Witton Arms

Substantial detached pub near the station, with an elongated two-part bar along the front and a lounge on one side (although this was in darkness when I stopped by) and possibly a function room further back on the other with their own small counters. Plain but tidy furniture and the normal Irish decor was supplemented by some Six Nations flags. Pool table. No real ale, of course, and many of the keg taps had inverted half-pint glasses on the handles too, but thankfully the M&B Mild (£2.70) was on.
