The Turks Head re-opened c2010 as a gay bar and club. I passed it the other day and it is now closed and being refurbished - i believe it is up for sale/rent as business premises. This used to be a haunt, like the also closed Ben Jonson (aka Kind Edward), around the corner, for those that worked at the now defunct West Midlands County Council - as i did back in the 80s.
