Largish solidly built pub on the edge of the village which has endured a series of ill-advised refurbishments and knockings-through, creating an undistinguished though pleasant enough interior. Popular with sporting locals with by the looks of things a strong golf and rugby following. Its been a GBG regular for a while and offers a selection of usually local brews.
