Randomly popped in on hearing live music being played on my way back to the Metro. Inside is a fairly sparse affair with a well-worn wooden floor and a silver, grey and white colour scheme. Four pumps with two on, Hobgoblin and Maxim Swedish Blonde. Unfortunately the Swedish Blonde was served in a piping hot glass straight out of the dishwasher which made a mess of what I suspected was a decent drop. Snooker on the TV, incongruously up against the deafening alt-folk band. Locals were well-oiled. Not much to write home about, really. 4.5
