Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Spital House
Reasonably large two-bar pub on a back road near the university's Castle Leazes halls of residence. Probably much busier during term time, but had a quiet, relaxed atmosphere when I visited. Two real ales on, including a reasonable pint of Theakstons XB. (NB - Review dates from September 2009.)
