A big and lively pub, handy for the metro station opposite. A Greene King house, displaying various recognisable items from their corporate refurbishment design catalogue but it sort of all goes. It is fairly sporty, with several large screens around and pool tables upstairs. Mostly serving mainstrteam/GK keg beers but there is small cluster of handpumps at one end, on this visit just serving a good condition Boddingtons (Lees-brewed presumably). Apparently they vary the number of cask ales according to demand, which is much better than having too many which then go off.
