Further to Moby's review below, the roof is off and all but the original front elevation have been taken down. So part of the pub remains. There is a slight hope......the original planning application was to retain a ground floor pub with a reduced footprint as part of the overall scheme to provide flats. We've all seen this sort of thing before so breath not held, let's see.

Gloomy smelly Barras pub, overlooking a busy roundabout. Inside is an L-shaped barn though there’s some nice glasswork above the bar as well as some attractive ceiling mouldings, presumably original. TVs showing cricket and rugby. Poker table and dart board noted. Five pumps at the bar but just a mediocre GK IPA on. Poor even by the usual Barras standards. You’d imagine the Spoons over the road will see this place off unless they get serious, there was only one other punter on Saturday lunchtime.
