The Waverley Arms is essentially a locals pub a couple of hundred yards from the train station heading away from the main town.A fairly traditional pub on two levels with the upper level more aimed at dining, however the lower main bar area is very much a boozer, three hand pumps, T.T. Landlord and Surrey Hills Greensand IPA (very good), with one clip turned on an early Sunday evening. There is a jukebox, pool table and tv screens showing football, also a beer garden, not investigated on my visit.
