An adequate if fairly unremarkable pub mainly aimed at the locals. It is Z-shaped, with one end boasting pool and darts and an eating area at the other, with the bar down the middle. Typical Greene King corporate decor with a mix of high and low seating. Cask ales were IPA, Abbot and Tribute and condition seemed ok.

An "earthy" and traditional pub with a long standing client base. Has the basic beer selections. Has big screens for sports events and good palcement to get restaurant food.
