Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Grosvenor

Seemingly unbranded Greene King pub with quite an appealing frontage set behind a narrow terrace with some wooden patio benches. The light, modernised interior (which was getting spooked-up for Halloween) appears to have been extended into two adjoining buildings at some stage, with a sizeable additional seating / dining room off to one side of the central bar area (and perhaps some hotel rooms on the other?). Food is obviously a feature, albeit from a standard chain menu. The available real ales were IPA, Abbot, the seasonal Gangly Ghoul (£3.55) and Doom Bar as a guest from four of the five handpumps. Overall, with a friendly welcome, this place gives the impression of being well run.
