Steve of N21 left this review about Weeping Willow
Once upon a time the small Suffolk village of Barrow used to support seven pubs. Now there are only two remaining and they are both owned by bloody Green King. What a shame for the good residents of Barrow.
I can’t tell you what this pub was like as I chose to go in the other one and as I’d been forced, due to no available choice, to have so much bloody IPA during the day already I wasn’t going to have two pints.
So for the record the Local Suffolk CAMRA site describes it as “one of the oldest buildings in village. Heavily timber framed & retains an inglenook fireplace. The building dates from the early 16th century.”
