I have deleted my last review as the Tweedale has again been taken over and at the moment the pub seems to be thriving. The Tweedale has had several owners over the past few years I'm hoping that the new owners can repair the damage to its reputation done by the last ones

Opposite train station. This victorian pub has two rooms (Again one is bar room and other is dining room) It's decor is nothing to excite you but they do have comfy seating. No real ale served but it is only known outlet in Tamworth which sells Carling's C02 (2%) Average food menu. They also do have BB in separate buliding.
