UPDATE: Has received a refurb, but in essence it is the same. Food is ok, 3 real ales on at last visit - the Hobgoblin was fine. You go if eating, really.

FEB 2010: a low level detached brick build, with a nice beer patio. A Marstons 2 for 1 chain pub in former farm buildings i assume from the name.
The interior is open plan, but irregular in shape. As Danny says, it is aimed completely at the food market in its layout. The decor is peach, red, white, blue etc, with the eclectic picture range and yes, some twigs in vases. The service was fine, as was the food - though you clearly wouldnt go on your own! The background music was soft and at a decent level - so as the mainly couples, friends groups and families could talk and eat.
Beer; tap stuff with Banks's MILD with two of the three real ale taps on; those being Banks's Bitter and an excellent Ringwood Porter XXXX - when i popped in a few days before and couldn't get a seat (yep, it gets busy, so book!) all three handpulls were on.
I would return if eating, though it seems popular and, i being miserable, may not be able to put up with it!

This is a nice farmhouse style pub near Heath Hayes. Tastefully done inside, but has now been changed around a little slightly spoiling the effect - the bar has been knocked through to the longe and the emphasis is firmly on getting in people from the nearby new housing for food.
But its an ok comfortable put, a few different areas of seating, some raised, though a number of reserved areas when I was there.
A nice pint of Banks bitter.
