Another excellent Black Country Ales pub with a staggering choice of ales. My pint of Stancil Stainless was excellent. Very friendly service. Well worth a visit.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Uxbridge Arms
Probably the most appealing pub in Chasetown, with an inviting main façade and retaining a separate public bar (with two side rooms, one housing a pool table) and lounge (with a further small dining area located up a single step at the far end. Traditionally furnished and decorated in both parts, with a relaxed atmosphere. Five real ales on handpump: Ruddles County, Old Hoppy Hen, Abbot, Saltaire Ekuanot and The Hoard from Backyard (£3.50).

A large, detached, white rendered corner pub, with beer patios at the front and back.
The pub has two rooms and an 'upstairs' function room (the Hayloft restaurant), where i once once had an Xmas meal. The lounge is more food orientated, with white wallpaper, wood panel and beam look, the background music was mixed and at a decent level. The bar has a dart board and TV, where i watched a bit of the Baggies in Italian - which is in white artex and brown. Old photographs are on the walls. There is also a small little off-room with a pool table in. The service is usually friendly, with a mixed clientele.
Beer; tap stuff, with now, Theakston's MILD, along with 5 handpull beers. Last night there was a great Cottage Atlantic - previous visit there had been; Bass, Berrow Topsy Turvey, Three Tuns 1642 Bitter, Rooster Hedgehog and a decent Cottage Brewery's Talisman.
I could happily stop in this pub to try all the ales. It is the best in the Burntwood area for choice. Really worth a visit
