Large imposing looking pub in pretty village south of Chester , its a Brunning and Price pub so you know what you will be getting , a large open plan pub with plenty of little areas to make it seem like lots of small rooms rather than one big room with an upmarket feel , six ales on mostly local and the chains own exellent B&P Bitter , food is the main buisness here and good it is to but drinkers are equally welcome , not cheap (even by Cheshire standards)but worth a visit if in the area
