A country pub which has recently reopened after being closed for a few months. It's on its own down a narrow country lane, so it suffers from not having any passing trade. There is a large car park, which, like the building itself, looks unkempt and uncared for. Inside, the main bar feels cramped, and it hasn't been decorated for a long time. There was a smaller side bar with a pool table. The landlord wasn't that sociable, and given that we were the only customers, didn't really make much effort. Three dry pumps on the bar and another dispensing Jail Ale, which was in good condition. Keg choices were Guinness, Thatchers, Thatcher's Gold and Haze, Prahva, Madri and Sharp's Atlantic. I do hope it gets better over the Summer, but I don't think I'll be making a special effort to come here at the moment.
