The Railway has a central lobby with small room to the left with a laminate floor, television, gaming machine and serving hatch to the bar. To the right is a small parquet floored room with another television, and a group of three who were tucking into pizza, I’m not sure if this food was from the pub or brought in. Some rail pictures and model trains can be found, as well as a painting of the Peaky Blinders, I’m not sure of the relevance. Sky Sports is advertised. The small bar counter is found to the left rear where Standard and premium keg was available. One of the two hand pumps was badged with Bank’s Sunbeam, but this was off. A door to the right of the bar counter leads to the vault at the rear, which I didn’t visit because the barman was making me feel uncomfortable by eyeballing my every move. The toilets are in serious need of a clean. I don’t plan on revisiting.
