The Roebuck is a J-shaped pub with a forward-facing serving counter that faces the entrance over a tiled floor. To the right of the entrance is a carpeted seating area with a fireplace, and up the left on worn wooden flooring is more seating and another fireplace. There are televisions throughout for the airing of advertised Sky Sports, but they were all off due to my recent midweek afternoon visit coinciding with a wake. It was very busy with all the tables taken and a crowd gathered around the buffet in the left rear corner where a dartboard is located. Available from the polite staff were standard and premium keg alongside Titanic’s Plum Porter, Tribute, TT Landlord and an excellent Bass. I thought it was alright in here and I’d pop back in if passing.
