The Roaring Meg is an estate pub.
Once inside this pub is a lot smarter than most estate pubs i have been in.
There is large single L shaped room with the bar on the right side,there is comfy bench seating in bays to the front and rear left,there is a pool table to the front right,there were a few tall tables and chairs in the middle of the room,there was also a couple of TVs on mute.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of a beer called Front Row Crouch,this was a fairly decent drink but not sure who brews it,the other beer was Doom Bar.
There was a quartet of young female bar staff so they must get busy at some point.
If i lived on this estate i would be quite happy having this as my local.
