As noted, this pub is bigger than it looks. Its also not as tatty as the exterior may suggest. A long thin lounge to the right and a small box room to the left as you enter. A patio is to the rear. 4 handpumps now on the bar but only 2 ales on, Marston's Bitter and Pedigree. Its a friendly enough pub but if you're after rarely seen beers then the two pubs here are not the place for you.

Pub is bigger than it looks from the outside , rooms either side of the entrance , the bar runs down the middle and opens up towards the rear where there is a pool table , usual kegs and three on handpull , Marstons Pedigree and Burton Bitter and a nice Ringwood Old Thumper , service was quick and friendly , very busy on my visit , its the nearest pub to Shrewsbury Towns ground from this end of town .
Its OK in here

Long narrow pub with 2 small lounges either side of the entrance. In the back there's a pool table, fruit machine and quiz machine with cricket photo's around the walls. Three handpumps with Marston's Pedigree and Burton bitter plus Jennings Cumberland. I had a pint of the Pedigree as the range wasn't very interesting, it was a decent pint. I wouldn't make another special visit, but it's fine if you're on a crawl round this part of town.
