Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Crown & Sceptre
Apparently substantial village inn (and the last one still open), although not all parts seem to be operational. Partly opened-out inside to leave a rectangular bar area with several small seating areas. It has lost most of its character in the process, but there are still a few features of interest if you look around closely. Patio beer garden to the rear. Unfortunately, just Greene King IPA and Doom Bar (£3.15) from the three handpumps.
