Strongers . left this review about Bull in the Barne

Bull in the Barne has a front bar area with a large central chimney and burner that takes up a lot of space and mostly splits the serving counter up the right-hand wall from the banquette seating and dartboard up the left-hand side. The décor is minimal with pallet wood on some of the walls and bare wooden flooring throughout. A large television was airing horse racing via ITV, and the jukebox was switched off. In the rear is a pool table, another dartboard and access to a steep rear beer garden that overlooks the Severn. This is a lovely space out here with seating, lots of flowers and a wooden box that looks like it could contain an outside bar, or maybe a barbeque. This is a Salopian Brewery pub, so it wasn’t surprising to see Lemon Dream available, but unfortunately the other three hand pumps were unused. A premium keg range was also available alongside Carling, but I stuck with the LD that was very refreshing after the walk out here. The geezer governor was nice enough and the view is good, but it would have been nice to see more than one cask option.

Single room open plan pub that was once the Salopian Brewery Tap , the bar is to the right of the entrance and partially obscured by a large pillar , a couple of large TVs showing the football , at the back of the room there are lovely views over the Severn towards the Showground .
3 of the 4 handpulls in use with Wye Valley HPA and 2 from Salopian , Voodoo and a cracking Oracle , service was friendly as were the locals , worth it if in the area .
