One of 3 pubs by the town hall square. Very quiet on my afternoon visit but it was pleasant to sit in the front beer garden where it was a bit of a sun trap. Real ale available.

Situated opposite the old town hall at the top end of town. This pub sits on the old square and is in a quiet part of town. It is a very comfortable and well run establishment, well worth our visit. On handpull Rev James, Oakham and one from the FFF Brewery Hampshire Moondance which all were fab. Outside seating area at the front and courtyard area at back. Good value lunchtime food served, also has accommodation. Will return.
