A fairy featureless place with red and green walls. Large screen muted, pool table. Moon-like atmosphere. Two pumps, though just Doombar available which was ok but had turned into brown liquid by the end of the half. Desmond was happy with his lemonade though, a rare accolade. Clientèle the pub is aimed at evident via the “4 pint Carling pitcher for 12 quid during the footy” promotion. On an upside, Pieminister pies were available. Apparently Agatha Christie used to come in here but I doubt she would if she were alive now. Needs more creature comforts.
