Owned by Lassco Architectural Salvage for a number of years but always retaining the Three Pigeons name, this is a functioning cafe / bar which offered Shotover Prospect and Trinity on two handpumps. Plenty of bric a brac dotted around, all of which was for sale, the salvage stuff is out back in the garden where you can eat and dine al fresco, although indoor imbibing seems to be limited to 'at the bar' as all tables were laid out. Staff were be-aproned and I was asked twice if there was 'anything else' after ordering my Prospect
