Komakino . left this review about The Holt Hotel
Cotswold stone hotel on a crossroads. You have to walk past reception as you walk in. There's comfy, hotelly surrounds inside, but no real ale (albeit Old Hooky and "Playing Hooky" in bottles in the fridge). So dead was it, that I spent my time here conversing with and watching a Serie A match with a Portuguese barman. Noted a pool table in a sunken area near the bar, but this is in no way a destination stop-off for us card-carriers.
