Old Boots left this review about The Cross Keys
A cream painted corner pub, the interior is a modern take on the plain old boozer theme so it has the screens, machines, musak, and pool table as expected plus a dart board. The furnishing is a mix of tables and chairs, upholstered settles and a fair number of bar stools. One end has a couple of modern leather sofas. Décor is limited to ad's for Carling and forthcoming football plus a few old black & white sporting photos and a mirror image clock, it also does free wi-fi. There are some papers for the use of the clients, mainly red tops but also the Guardian which I suspect will be less avidly read. An ex Morlands pub so Greene King beers (Morland's Original) in average condition and just a bit cold.
