Called in this pub whilst visiting friends and I have to say I was very surprised,it was warm and welcoming and lovely inside a real country pub it had a nice selection of hand pull and my friend tried the Roaring Meg which he loved and I had the Guinness which was pulled to perfection(no shamrock though)
we ended up staying for a few more and to top it off we ate as well I had the homemade chicken and mushroom pie with hand cut chips and my friend had the fish and chips needless to say Good Beer Good Food and value for money . We will be going back!
