The Sun Inn is a decent looking pub that is situated at the North end of North Wheatley,the fronts onto Retford Road.
Once inside there is a single room with the bar facing,there is comfy bench seating and chairs and normal tables and chairs in the middle area,the rear left side is up two steps,there is bench seating here,the room is carpeted throughout and seemed very comfortable.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Batemans XB,which was a decent drink,the other beer was Batemans Gold.
Food was being served,but you could sit wherever you wanted.
The pub was quite busy with older people on our Saturday afternoon visit.
A pleasant pub to have a drink in.

A family friendly, dog friendly pub, with 3 hand pulled real ales, offering English and Italian bar snacks and full restaurant menu, and traditional Sunday Lunch.
Large beer garden.
