The Vernon is a pretty ordinary corner pub.
Once inside there was a smartish comfortable lounge and a decent bar,this pub used to be a Whitbread tied house and there were no real ales on here with all the beers being Whitbread keg products.
This was a decent enough pub to have a quick pint in.
I think this pub is still open but i dont know what beers are now on the bar.
