The Queens Hotel was a large Shipstones house with a basic bar and a very comfortable lounge, we had lots of good times here before going to watch Forest play sadly this pub closed over 10 years ago and is now a carpet shop.
The pub had two real ales on the bar and we usually had a drink of Shipstones bitter which was always a really nice drink here the other beer was Shipstones mild.
