Alan Winfield left this review about The Poets Corner
The Poets Corner used to be an Home Ales tied house.
This pub was built in the late 70s when the meadows area was redeveloped. The bar is on the left and there is a smartish lounge on the right hand side, there are no real ales on here only keg beers.
This is a locals pub in an area that most people would'nt want to go to.
