Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Maypole

Pub, restaurant and hotel located within view of the eponymous structure on a green opposite. The modernised bar is located in the (lower and probably older) front part of the building, with a much larger extension further back. Two real ales on handpump, including Brakeman Best from the local Headstocks Brewery (£3.20).

A gem of a pub, 18th centuary coaching inn great for kids with large play area. superb value for money meals
