Enjoyed our visit to this 2018 Good Beer Guide pub which is Mallard brewery tap with a selection of their ales plus other breweries. We chose Milestone Liberty Ale and Mallard IPA both of which were fine. Although appears very much a foody pub, it is also a good community pub with book club and dominoes.

The Cross Keys is a white painted pub that is set sideways onto the road.
Once inside the pub had a couple of rooms that we noticed,we had a drink in the lounge which was comfortable enough but seemed a bit on the dowdy side.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Taylor Landlord which was a very nice drink,the other beer was Black Sheep bitter.
This pub was ok for a drink or two and may have altered since my visit here.
