The Hotel Bar upholds the Borders’ reputation for great hospitality. Warm oak and antique leather shape a relaxed atmosphere where friends, old and new, enjoy local beers, thought-provoking wines and a wide selection of Scottish whiskies.
Alongside the hotel bar is the Brasserie, serving seasonal, home-style dishes in informal surroundings.
The subtle splendour of the Dining Room makes every occasion special. At the rear of the hotel, the tranquil gardens offer the chance to eat ‘al fresco’ during the summer months.
The menus change daily and are accompanied by a carefully selected wine list and cheerful service. The kitchen serves fresh and locally prepared dishes.
