Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about George & Angel
Smart-looking pub in the centre of the village, located directly across the road from the famous (if bizarre) Trinity Bridge. Once inside, I found it to have much more of a 'local' than I expected, with lively banter between the regulars. Retains two separate bars, both refurbished in a light semi-modern style, although only one was in active use when I called in. Unfortunately, only Doom Bar (£3.20) was available from the pair of handpumps in the operational bar.
