Blue Scrumpy left this review about The Saracens Head
Another pretty village pub that had a lively atmosphere with a fair few patrons and their dogs. I got the impression that most were locals.
The bar had a bit of a cramped feel. With very few seats available, I noticed some people were heading off to another room along a corridor, whilst there were a few hardy souls outside. Although they may have been outside to smoke.
The Six Nations England rugby game was showing on a TV, whilst a prime feature of the bar is an old red telephone box, which appears to be in full working order. Timothy Taylor Landlord is the regular ale. Guests were Hook Norton Hooky & Great Oakley Tiffield Thunderbolt. There is a large car park at the rear.
