Old Boots left this review about The Tree
A largeish, modern brick built estate pub on the eastern outskirts near Stonefall Cemetery. There is a bar to either side of the columned entrance porch, on the left more of a dining room set up and to the left a public bar of the modern sort. The counter runs down the side and further back the pub opens out to provide space for two pool tables, a big screen and more seating. The dining area was deserted when I visited. Some of the woodwork and the walls are plain white, other woodwork is left natural, there are a few pictures, such as framed 45 singles with a picture of the relevant band. Three handpulls stand on each of the counters but all clips were reversed, however the shape of Tetleys Cask and John Smiths Cask clips were all too obvious. A small range of the usual kegs is also available from the gruff barman.
