Old Boots left this review about Flying Dutchman Inn
A Sam Smiths pub in a tiny narrow village set on a rise overlooking the dale, the side road next to the pub leads up a steep road to the Brimham Rocks beauty spot. There are two bars, a small public at the back of the pub decorated in simple, panelled, dales style and a larger lounge at the front which is used for eating as well as drinking. The lounge is fairly traditionally decorated as is usual for Sam's houses, you may note the Cats Whisker radio set in the corner and a number of brass-horses rather than the usual horse-brasses among the ornaments. Only Sam Smiths products are sold at the normal reasonable prices and the OBB was, as usual, chilly but well kept. As is normal for Sam's pubs in Yorkshire traditional opening hours are observed.
