Alan Winfield left this review about The Red Lion
The Red Lion is a large looking pub in the middle of Driffield.
Once inside there were a few different rooms but the only room i saw open was the one to the front on the right this was carpeted and seemed very down at heel and in need of brightening up a bit.
There were no real ales on the bar and the keg beers were John Smiths smooth crap and Kimberley Mild which i had a drink of this was ok but not as good as the cask version from a few years ago.
