Lovely little pub set in Bempton, just across from the church. Been coming to Bempton for over 10 years now, staying at a nearby cottage, and always said we would 'pop' into this corner pub. So eventually went on Thursday 26th Feb 2015 for a drink and a meal. Beautiful! Just been renovated a year ago and still looks as fresh as a daisy. Lovely pleasant staff. Home made food with big portions(and beer battered onion rings!) - not bad prices too. Shame dogs are no longer welcome due to the refurb - would probably attract more customers if they changed this rule back to dogs allowed. Will definitely return. xxx
