Real Ale Ray left this review about The Railway Hotel
Only a couple of minutes walk from the station and well worth a visit. This large freehouse pub is open all day and had five ales on handpump on our visit. The pub was busy with diners on our Thursday lunchtime visit and have to say their menu looked very good. I went for the Adnams Lighthouse, which was very good.
