Both bars were open for my Thursday night visit, with four vacant handpumps in the left hand side, but one with Woodforde's Volt 4.2% in the other. There's no connection between the two rooms, apart from the outside world. Each room has a pool table. My beer was a bit cold but good enough (NBSS 3, £4.80/pint).

A small friendly locals pub, only one bar open but there’s another lounge bar but it appeared closed. The public is equipped with screen, machine and pool table as well as a grabber machine and juke box. Just the one hand pump in the public bar serving a nicely kept beer from 4Ts, a fair selection of national kegs on a low T-Bar and solos. Low ceilinged and plain decor with humorous signs, pickled eggs are sold here. Great pub atmosphere and banter, my favourite in Sheringham, not sure why the lacklustre Crown is GBG listed and this isn’t, normal for Norfolk I suppose.

Curious little pub with separate bars front and rear. Most notable for offering a wide range of beers, including its own mini-festivals.
