Strongers . left this review about The Feathers
The Feathers is a carpeted Craft Union pub with a laminate edged serving counter across the rear wall where standard and premium keg is available alongside Camden Hells and two hand pumps that were drawing Fuller’s London Pride and GK Merry Firkin Christmas. Opposite the counter are some high tables and in the front left corner is a snug adjacent to seating that runs up the left side of the pub. There’s a fireplace on the right wall next to counter, but it was decorated for Christmas with no signs that it’s ever used to heat the pub. Televisions located throughout were airing muted cricket via Sky Sports and Racing TV while the likes of Simply Red played in the background during a recent quiet Tuesday evening visit. I thought the service was polite and I’ve certainly been in worse CU pubs, but I still think I’d walk past when next in the area.
