Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Wagon & Horses
Roadside pub away from any settlements, but there is a reasonable amount of passing traffic. Of course, in such a location, it has to be food led, so many of the tables in the L-shaped layout of seating / dining areas are laid up for those dining. However, it's all very relaxed so everyone is welcome, and the slightly split-level beer garden is also a fine spot in good weather. Unluckily, the Gadds No 5 ran out during the pour, but I got a very fresh pint of Hobgoblin Gold (£4.30) direct from the cellar in preference to the Doom Bar otherwise available from the bank of three handpumps on each side of the two-part counter.
