Previously The Spread Eagle, this Enterprise pub now consists of a single room student bar, though the exterior has retained some of its former grandeur, including a stone eagle at the front on the roof. There is no real ale and no evidence of anything approaching a reasonable craft beer. They sell overpriced cocktails to under-cultured students, though they don’t open every night, and when they are open, the staff are sometimes nowhere to be seen. Not on my list of pubs to revisit at the moment.
